Homes with a Past That Continue to Evolve
A collection of properties connected by history, architecture and a shared philosophy
Serecco brings together a small collection of properties that share a common spirit. Each place has its own history, its own architecture and its own landscape, yet all are connected by the same idea: they are homes with a past that continue to evolve.
One lies just outside Paris, within the historic grounds of the former Pensionnat de Juilly, an estate founded in the seventeenth century that has been carefully restored as part of a protected heritage project. The other is found in the quiet countryside of western France near Airvault, where stone farmhouses, barns and fields shape the landscape of the Thouet valley.
Though very different in setting and scale, both places share the same intention. They are spaces designed to be lived in and enjoyed, whether as a long-term residence, a countryside stay or a place for gatherings and celebrations.
Each property tells its own story while remaining part of the same philosophy: preserving authentic architecture while creating spaces that feel open, welcoming and alive.
