Juilly

Just outside Paris, in the historic village of Juilly, stands the former Pensionnat de Juilly — one of France's oldest educational institutions. Founded in the seventeenth century under Louis XIII, the school operated for nearly four centuries, educating generations of writers, artists, scholars and public figures. Its buildings, cloisters and landscaped grounds form a remarkable historic ensemble that has now been carefully restored as a protected Monument Historique residence.

Today this historic estate has been given a new life. The architecture, façades and key interior elements have been preserved and restored, while the buildings have been thoughtfully adapted into elegant residences that combine historic character with modern comfort. Within this unique setting lies our 107 m² duplex apartment, arranged across two levels within one of the restored buildings of the former school. The duplex layout creates a natural separation between living spaces and more private areas, giving the apartment a sense of openness while remaining comfortable for everyday life.

Large windows bring in generous natural light and connect the apartment with the quiet surroundings of the estate.
